Shipping & Returns

Processing & Shipping

We ship worldwide directly from my studio in China. Because I run this studio solo, please allow 3-5 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed. If you ordered a made-to-order piece, the production timeline is clearly mentioned in the item description.

Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that international shipping can sometimes take a bit longer due to customs or flight delays—thanks so much for your patience!

Customs & Duties

Since packages ship from China, any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, and all available options will be shown to you.

Little note: Sometimes the system calculates a slightly higher shipping fee depending on the combination of items. If that happens, I’ll happily refund the difference after sending your order.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item, please email [你的邮箱地址] within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Only the item price will be refunded – original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition.

Please note that "seconds" (slightly flawed pieces) and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is not picked up and is automatically returned to me, you will be refunded only the item price (original shipping is non-refundable). If you'd like the item re-sent, you'll need to cover the cost of new shipping.
